For Nike’s internal leadership summits, we translated strategic priorities into spatial narrative—designing a high-touch executive experience built to align, inspire, and move. I led creative across physical environment, visual language, and motion—shaping a branded journey that turned message into movement. Each moment was intentional. Nothing ornamental. This was brand strategy you could walk through. We: + Aligned NIKE leaders with a Phil Knight-level, founder’s mindset and approach to progressing its business forward. + Curated a four-day experiential learning series built exclusively for Nike’s senior leaders to foster collaboration and innovation. + Developed a comprehensive brand and visual identity for “Leading Nike,” incorporating it’s iconic sole/tread patterns as the symbolic “heart and soul” of the experience.

Our team created multi-sensory environments featuring custom installations, activations, and high-touch branded moments. From an interactive 600-piece sculpture installed at Nike’s headquarters to custom environments supporting VP development, the work bridged physical, digital, and emotional touchpoints—elevating Nike’s internal culture through design.
