Sculpting the Future of Leadership
In this project, we aimed to create an experiential learning environment that would challenge and inspire Nike's leadership. The design was centered around the concept of "future-casting" the organization, using a blend of art and storytelling to encapsulate Nike's 50-year journey.
Created an immersive, story-driven environment for Nike's VP-level leadership training.
Melded art with function using a sculptural Nike swoosh, interactive timelines, and custom installations.
Integrated personal stories into a visual narrative, showcasing the journey of 400+ VPs.
