Project: U.S. Bank 2021 "Lead The Way Forward" Virtual Employee Event

THE ASK: U.S. Bank hosts a recognition event for employees every year. In the uncertain times around Covid-19, they chose to, again, have a virtual event. They asked GMR to create an engaging video for employees to log into and watch. The video should have a "live" event feel and feature several leaders and showcase winners from 11 different markets. We created 11 unique videos for each region and market.
THE SOLUTION: Our final video featured David Koechner (credits include: Todd Packer - The Office, Champ Kind - Anchorman and Anchorman: The Legend of Ron Burgundy). We produced the script with help from David and his writing partner and shot the video in one day. We cut and edited the video into 11 unique videos for each region and market. My role was creative director - pitching the idea, script and overseeing the video shoot in collaboration with our director Matt Kazman.
