OKTA "ZERO TRUST TOWN" - A Lego Mailer

Role: Creative Director

WHY AM I SHOWING YOU THIS PROJECT?

It finally happened! I got to create a Lego kit of my own - well not my own, but for Okta Security software. They came to us with the idea for a mailer (as part of a larger campaign) and wondered if they could send lego kits. Of course we jumped at this. We sourced custom kits from rebrickable.com and used them to dial in the look/feel of the "town". We then reached out to a vendor to design our version of the town (about 350 pieces). The instruction booklet served as a great platform to share brand information and specific communication on the "zero trust curve" - a process for securing corporations to cyber theft. QR codes within the instruction booklet drove recipients to a micro site with more information and ways to share on social media.

The Key Learning: The Lego kit and instruction booklet is a powerful, fun and engaging tactic that I will use again. Its super informative, family friendly, and will work with most brands.
