These two projects represent a key facet of my role - both creative leadership in the form of innovation and project forecasting.
Project 1: Forecast Tool - I created an excel spreadsheet that serves as a project forecast tool in order to see months out how team members workloads will look. This used multi tabbed connections, gantt charts and deep filtering.
Project 2: A.I. Learning & Development- I presented a two-part lunch and learn series on the use of A.I. at our agency. My focus ranged from introduction of A.I. to everyday uses of it, to a futurecast view where I think A.I. is headed. This included developing several custom GPT's . This presentation gave me the opportunity to leverage my teaching skills and educate my coworkers on a passion of mine.
